Scotts ® Grub B Gon Max® Grub KillerSale
You know the nasty-looking brown patches on your lawn that lift up and peel off really easily with little to no root’s underneath! These and other signs like dig holes from skunks and raccoons, most likely are caused by grubs. Stop them dead in their tracks with Scotts ® Grub B Gon Max® Grub Killer ensuring it is watered in to a depth of about 1.25cm. When applied as directed, the active ingredient – a live, soil-borne organism – is released down into the soil and root zone where grubs live. As grubs eat plant roots, they also ingest the active ingredient, effectively putting a stop to them and their destruction. Controls a variety of beetle grubs, including June beetles and chafers. *
WHEN TO APPLY
Powerful Bt Active Allows for Multiple Applications During the Season:
SPRING (April – late May): Apply after the ground has thawed to control over-wintering grubs that are now migrating to the surface to feed on the roots.
SUMMER (late June – early August): Apply to control newly hatched grub larvae. Should be applied within 2-3 weeks of peak timing for adult beetles.
FALL (late August – September): Apply to help control new grubs that have hatched from new beetle eggs throughout the summer. This will help to protect the turf from over-wintering grubs and lessen the impact and quantity of grubs the following spring.
Additional applications may be made no earlier than 7 days after the preceding application as long as the annual maximum of 3.36 kg per 100 square meters is not exceeded.
