- Neighbour Permission: If work is being done near property boundaries, permission from neighbouring property owners is required.
- Water Drainage: Proper drainage planning is essential to prevent plant loss and avoid potential damage to neighbouring properties.
- Product Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, substitutions in plant size, variety, or price may be necessary. This is a common industry practice and ensures timely project completion.
- Payments: Payment is required upon receipt of the landscape plan or immediately following installation.
